Cancellation and Refund Policy

At StepIn2u, we value commitment, clarity, and mutual respect for time and energy. This policy is designed to support a strong coaching relationship while setting clear expectations.

Coaching Sessions: Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) are considered completed.

  • This policy applies to all coaching sessions, regardless of length or format.

 

Coaching Programs & Subscriptions

  • Coaching programs with a stated commitment period (3, 6, or 12 months) are contractual commitments.

  • Monthly payments reflect a payment plan for the selected contract term, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

  • Early termination does not void the remaining financial commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Notice

  • A 30-day written cancellation notice is required.

  • If a billing date occurs within the 30-day notice period, the next billing cycle will still be charged.

  • No refunds are issued for payments already made.

Use of Sessions During Notice Period

  • Clients may continue to use their coaching sessions during the 30-day notice period through the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • If a client chooses not to use remaining prepaid sessions during this period, they may elect to gift unused future sessions to the StepIn2u Pay It Forward Program by emailing laura@stepin2u.com with instructions.

  • Gifted sessions are not tax-deductible.

  • Unused sessions resulting from no-shows are considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling, gifting, or refund.

Coworking Memberships

  • Coworking memberships may be cancelled with 3 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated or bundled.

  • No refunds are issued for coworking memberships.
