Welcome to StepIn2u. By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any coaching services, programs, workshops, memberships, or digital offerings provided by StepIn2u, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

Coaching Relationship

​

Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process designed to support clarity, self-leadership, and aligned action. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment, and does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

Client Responsibility

​

Clients are fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results. Coaching provides support, perspective, and accountability, but outcomes are not guaranteed. StepIn2u does not make promises regarding specific results.

​

Payment & Billing

​

• Fees are due as outlined at the time of purchase or enrollment.

• Subscription services will continue to bill automatically until cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

• Monthly payments for programs with a stated commitment period (3, 6, or 12 months) reflect a payment plan for the selected contract term, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

• All payments are non-refundable, including payments for partially completed or unused services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

All cancellations, rescheduling, early termination, and notice requirements are governed by the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

 

Communication & Support

​

Any between-session, asynchronous, or messaging support included in a coaching program is limited to the scope described at enrollment and does not constitute on-demand availability unless explicitly stated.

​

Confidentiality

​

Coaching conversations are held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to situations involving risk of harm to self or others. StepIn2u will not share client information without consent outside of these exceptions.

Intellectual Property

​

All materials, frameworks, exercises, worksheets, recordings, and content provided by StepIn2u are the intellectual property of StepIn2u and are intended for personal use only. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StepIn2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in coaching services or use of related materials.

​

Changes to Services or Terms

​

StepIn2u reserves the right to modify services, pricing, policies, or these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date.
